Where can I find a recap of my order?

After the confirmation of your order, we sent you a recap email with all the information about your order and a link with further details. When will I get my invoice?

Italy, UK, Germany, Netherland, Belgium, Luxemburg, Spain, Portugal, France: Have you already paid for the whole order? You will get your invoice in a few days. Will you complete your payment after the delivery? You will get your invoice a few days after the delivery of your products.

Other countries: You will get your invoice a few days after the delivery of your products.

When will my order be delivered?

You can find the delivery week in your order recap email. If you ordered many products, they could be delivered at different times. If by the end of the delivery week, you still haven't received your items, you can contact us here.

Can I know the exact date and time for my delivery?

Does your delivery service include installation as well?

Our products are delivered and installed by our logistics partners, except for accessories or small tools, since they do not require any installation.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
